Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that custom or made-to-order items may require additional time. You will be notified of any extended processing times at the time of purchase.
Shipping Timeframes
Within New Zealand:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
International Shipping:
- Australia: 7-14 business days
- United States, Canada, UK, Europe: 10-21 business days
- Rest of World: 14-28 business days
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier issues beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain threshold — check the website for current promotions.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking when available. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photographs of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. The Unkind Craft is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customs and Import Duties
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authority. The Unkind Craft has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Age Requirement
All customers must be 18 years or older to purchase from The Unkind Craft. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
Digital Products
All digital products (PDFs, spell guides, tarot readings, and other downloadable content) are non-refundable once the download link has been sent or the file has been accessed. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Physical Products
Due to the nature of our products — many of which are handmade, ritually prepared, or spiritually activated — we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Spell bottles and jars (sealed or unsealed)
- Curios and ritual materials (botanicals, salts, oils, etc.)
- Herbs and natural materials
- Candles and ritual supplies
- Any product marked as "made to order" or "custom"
Exceptions: We will accept returns or offer refunds only in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective due to shipping or manufacturing error
- The wrong item was sent
- The item is materially different from what was described in the listing
To request a return for one of these reasons, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order number. Approved returns must be sent back within 14 days of approval.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item (if applicable) and will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Tarot and Divination Readings
Tarot readings and divination services are non-refundable. Readings are provided as spiritual guidance and entertainment only. Results cannot be guaranteed, and dissatisfaction with the content of a reading is not grounds for a refund.
Spell Services
Custom spell work and ritual services are non-refundable once the work has been performed. You are paying for the time, materials, and spiritual labor involved in the working, not for a guaranteed outcome.
